The program “MyiDay” combines the themes calories in sports and other daily activities, the increase in calories from food and the daily state of mind, including a diary. For each day you keep what you have eaten including the associated calories, what activities you have done plus their calories - and can then set them into relation to each other.

You can also deposit your weight and your basic daily calorie. The program supports you through already-made movement and food lists, which can also be completed. About the diary function, you can condition your mind and keep your day. These data can be shown on the statistics as a chart display. You can select a date range and the desired data in the chart to be displayed
